FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

This is where our thoughts find free reign.

You ask and I answer.

Do you also cater international group tours just for vacation?

Yes, that would be very easy. Let me know your date, destination and budget. The more, the merrier and cheaper ;)

"How is being a travel consultant even a job?"

Basically, I'm a friend you can ask about travels, travel arrangements, and customized/crafted tours. In my case, you can ask me about the 7 countries I specialize - Australia, Taiwan, Thailand, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Meaning, I have significant contacts in the travel industry in these countries that may help you when traveling in a group.

I’m really passionate about what I do. Not only that I have traveled in those places and experience the services of my travel partners, I was also able to operate arranged group tours. From visa application, to managing payments/accounts, filing documents, creating programs, researching universities, contacting key persons, booking flights, choosing hotels, arranging hotel rooms, choosing buses, choosing an appropriate tour guide, contacting seminar venues,  layouting ID’s and merch, orienting about do’s and don’ts, following up each guest, updating clients, updating organizers, organizing and distributing kits, airport check-in, baggage allotment, meals planning, bargain hunting, souvenir shopping, what to eat, what to do, what to wear, documenting photos, photographing ootd’s, editing pictures, weighing bags, exchanging currencies, lost and found... I attend to pretty much everything that my client needs as a Tour Coordinator! These are the things that a mere Travel Agent and a mere Tour Guide misses out. I’m very keen about arranging the itinerary, choosing and coordinating service providers, and attending to the concerns of my guests 24/7. Indeed, it’s quite a tedious task arranging 4-8 days of travel for a big group of 30-40 persons per trip, but for me IT REALLY SPARKS JOY.

So as a Travel Consultant, there’s pretty much like 3 perspectives I can give you: insight as a traveler, a tour operator, and an event organizer. You don’t have to worry because I’m not going to sell you anything, like what usual travel agents do. I will listen to your needs and tell you which services will render useful. There’s no right or wrong inquiry, it really depends on your preference.

Sure, you can research anything on the internet. But nothing beats first-hand information from someone who's willing to share them to you personally.

Do we have to pay extra for your service?

Not at all! To be very honest, the fees are offset when you book your trip under my travel agency, I can arrange your trip, assist you, and serve your needs the best way that I could. You can ask me for a free quotation. From budget travels to elaborate tours, I can book that for you. If your travel group exceeds 25 and you’re going abroad and some are first time travelers, you definitely need a Tour Coordinator to go along with you aside from the local tour guide and operator.

What is a Travel and Tour Coordinator?

I will post an article about this soon.

"Are you open for collaboration?"

Absolutely! My service as a Travel and Tour Coordinator is open to any agency, company or organization.
